In 2015, after 90 years as a member-owned club, the Club’s Board of Directors sought a golf course financing partner to fund the many improvement projects that the members had been discussing for several years. The Board unanimously chose Concert Golf Partners, and the membership voted unanimously to approve the choice. Concert Golf Partners acquired the assets of the Club in late 2015, paid off all of the Club’s mortgage debt, lowered member dues rates and began funding an aggressive series of capital improvement projects at Blue Hill Country Club.
